General Manager – Farming Operations

This privately owned generational aggregation is across eight farms, all in close proximity, situated 30kms from the town of Wee Waa. The area, and this aggregation in particular, has a long history of high yielding irrigated and dryland crops, particularly cotton and wheat.

With the owner now taking a step back, a new position, General Manager, has been created to lead the on-farm team. This important appointment in the family business ensures you will have a reporting line only to the supportive owner/Board Chairman and enjoy significant operational autonomy. Responsible for: Driving business growth; Lead a seasonal workforce and a permanent team of eight; Manage cropping operations and external contractors; Overseeing the comprehensive plant fleet; Manage budgets, compliance, and financial operations.
