An exciting opportunity has opened for a passionate and experienced livestock operator to join this progressive and innovative company as Assistant Manager.
Working closely with the Manager, you will be a key driver of the day-to-day operations on this high-performing 2,800-hectare property. This isn’t a “sit behind the desk” role; we’re looking for a proactive leader who thrives in the yards and paddocks, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and can provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members while supporting and collaborating with experienced staff to achieve the best outcomes. You will take ownership of the 10,000 composite ewes and 900 cows, assisting in the implementation of livestock and pasture management programs to drive productivity and profit.
