This is a permanent, full-time Senior Stationhand position working across two expansive grazing properties near Bauhinia in Central Queensland for a family-owned and operated business.
The role is primarily focused on mechanical duties, requiring you to undertake general servicing, essential repairs, and maintenance on all farm machinery and vehicles, with a highly valued bonus if you possess the skills to diagnose and rebuild components. Complementing the mechanical work, you will also be responsible for: Essential station upkeep; various steel fabrication projects like welding, yard building, constructing sheds, and cementing; Assist with weed control in the forms of tordoning, and spraying; An active and continual involvement in cattle operations, including mustering and cattle processing.
