Our client is a highly respected, family-run agricultural enterprise operating a successful aggregation of four farms on the Darling Downs.
As Operations Supervisor, you will report directly to the hands-on owners and be responsible for the operational oversight of one of the aggregation’s key farms. Your core duties will involve the day-to-day management of farm operations, ensuring production targets are met and maintaining the high standards of the business, which includes an expectation to monitor crop performance. Key responsibilities: Working within a team to set up and operate tractors and various implements for tasks like ground preparation, planting, fertilising, and cultivation; Oversee spraying; Manage cotton picking and handle/load cotton bales; Independent operation and basic maintenance of advanced crop irrigation systems.
