We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the care, feeding, and overall operations of Aronui Feedlot. This role is responsible for overseeing cattle husbandry and feeding programs to support optimal growth, while ensuring the feedlot operates efficiently and at full capacity. You will play a key role in driving strong operational performance and supporting the long‑term success of the business. What you’ll do: Lead and coordinate daily operations across the feedlot, ensuring efficient use of people, resources, and infrastructure; Oversee cattle care, feeding programs, livestock movements, and animal health; Monitor feed allocation, milling, and delivery to support animal performance and welfare.
