The purpose of the role is to build the capacity of Bush AgriBusiness through the effective delivery of services to clients. This role will provide an opportunity for an emerging professional advisor to the northern Pastoral industry to work with leading beef producers and on exciting and innovative projects. The position reports to the Managing Director.
KEY DUTIES: Assist and increase the adoption of the Herdflow platform and contribute to its continued improvement: Initiate, deliver and lead projects that are aligned to the business purpose and values; Engage with clients to help them derive maximum value from business analysis and increase service offering to them; Assist with BusinessEDGE planning and delivery; Establish and run 2-3 producer groups; Identify and create opportunities to grow business.
