Condabri Beef is a family-owned, values-driven agribusiness operating a 35,000-head feedlot near Miles.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a hands-on coordination role that sits at the intersection of people, training and compliance. You’ll work closely with our external compliance partner, AtOne AGRI, to ensure our training and compliance systems are implemented, maintained and operating effectively. No two days will look the same, from coordinating inductions and managing training records, to supporting WHS activities and helping prepare for audits. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our compliance engine running smoothly.
