You will work alongside the CEO and Board to help define what the next chapter looks like. As CFO/Company Secretary, you will lead financial and governance functions. You will also serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, sitting at the centre of strategy, capital decisions and governance framework. Responsibilities include: Partner with the CEO and Board on strategy, capital allocation and growth execution; Lead all financial operations; Own listed company obligations, reporting, disclosure and governance; Shape capital strategy, funding, structure, and investor confidence.
