This is a significant opportunity to join a large-scale, high-performing Merino operation in Victoria. We are seeking a manager who takes extreme pride in maintaining a neat and tidy operation, where machinery and infrastructure are cared for with the same diligence as the livestock.
You will be a key driver of the property’s daily productivity as you work toward full operational management, balancing high standards with a relaxed, non-stressed personality. You will oversee all on-farm activities, primarily focused on elite livestock excellence and animal husbandry, including drenching, vaccinating, and recording condition scores. This is a hands-on role involving constant stock movement for processing, crutching, marking, and shearing, requiring a person who remains composed and focused during busy periods.
