Our client is a vertically integrated agricultural commodities business with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities on the east coast of Australia, sourcing domestically grown produce to create world class commodities.

As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for managing a key asset within our clients supply chain and delivering a high-quality crop to their processing facilities. You will be responsible for managing all activities at this Olive Grove including: All farming related activities including – Planting, Irrigation, Chemical Application, Harvesting and Grading of Crop; Supervising the established team and ensuring direct support to team members; Review farming planning and production models to ensure best practice; Drive best practice in water use efficiency and similar inputs.
