Due to a recent promotion, a rare opportunity has become available for a Feedlot Business Manager to take responsibility for leading feedlot operations with a strong commercial focus, ensuring optimal cattle performance, efficient resource use, and high levels of team engagement. The position oversees a large-scale modern feedlot operation of ~60,000 head with both a long and mid-fed cattle focus and plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency and team cohesion. The operation has recently been upgraded to state-of-the art facilities with advanced operational systems with ongoing investment in emerging technologies. The position leads a high performing leadership team of 5 direct reports with an overall workforce of 62.
