The Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) is Australia’s largest integrated cattle and beef producer, specialising in grass-fed, grain-fed, and Wagyu beef production. We are seeking a Head Stockperson to lead the team at Headingly Station. Headingly Station is located near Urandangie, approximately 200 km southwest of Mount Isa.
In this dynamic and hands-on leadership role, you’ll be at the heart of station operations – leading the stockcamp, developing the crew, and ensuring daily activities run smoothly and safely. You’ll drive training and assessment through our Operational Skills Framework, champion animal welfare, and uphold company policies and performance standards. As a role model for safety, teamwork, and excellence, you’ll help shape a culture where people grow, contribute, and succeed together.
