MDH Pty Ltd is one of Australia’s largest beef cattle operations and is unique in being both family-owned and operated. Located approximately 15km from Condamine, Wallumba Feedlot is an integral part of the MDH supply chain and also operates as a custom feeding facility.
MDH is seeking an organised and proactive Integrity and Compliance Officer to oversee and support the continuous improvement of Wallumba’s compliance systems, operational protocols, staff onboarding and training processes, and workplace culture initiatives. The role will work closely with feedlot management and employees across all operational areas to support best practice systems, workplace health and safety compliance, feedlot audit preparedness, and the development of effective operational procedures.
