The Australian Beef & Lamb Company connects Australian beef and lamb from paddock to plate. We’re seeking a Production Manager – Beef Processing to lead end to end production in the Northern Territory, delivering safe, compliant product on time and in full.
You’ll drive livestock supply, carcase quality, meat yield and cost performance, own the financial outcomes of each production run, and partner closely with QA, Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams. Key focus areas: End-to-end production leadership (procurement, scheduling, throughput, yield and labour efficiency); Product specifications, grading standards, food safety and audit readiness (HACCP/QA); Run-level P&L ownership, cost control, and performance reporting; Logistics and supply chain coordination to deliver OTIF and maintain cold chain integrity.
