With an increased cropping focus, the employee is responsible for: Operating Machinery – Operating an air seeder, header, and boom spray using GPS and auto-steer; Technical Skills – Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment; Logistics – Operating and driving a truck as required for the enterprise; Livestock Care – Handling sheep and cattle with sound judgment and basic dog handling skills.
