Yarding: 5923 Change: +20
With similar numbers to last week’s sale, just over 5900 head of cattle were offloaded at the Roma Saleyards.
The market responded positively to the quality presented with prices reflecting a mixed yarding.
All the regular processors, feedlotters, and backgrounders were present and actively competing for pens.
The yarding featured cattle from the local Maranoa supply district including Wallumbilla, Mitchell and Charleville as well as Wandoan.
Multiple runs of cattle were also consigned from as far afield as Alice Springs and Richmond, McKinlay and Julia Creek in north Queensland.
The selection and quality of cattle on offer once again solidified Roma Saleyards as the marketplace of choice.
